Armony Organization (“Armony” or “We”) takes your privacy and the way your personal information is used and shared very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, protect, use, and share your Personal Information when you interact with Armony (the “Application” or “Service”), access the Armony website and domain, mobile applications, and other linked pages, features, and sub-services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to applications that Armony does not own or control or to individuals who are not employed or managed by the organization. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the practices and policies described in this Privacy Policy. Armony reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. If you continue using the Application after notification of the change has been sent or posted, you will be deemed to have accepted the modifications.

  • Your Profile Information will be published within your profile in the Application. This information will be publicly available and viewable by anyone accessing the Service and may be used by us to illustrate our Service and the type of content accessible within it. If you have not created an account on the Service, your information will not be personally linked to you. We will not process personal data that discloses your race or ethnicity, political views, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership without your explicit consent. Additionally, we will not process genetic data, biometric data used for identification, health-related data, or data concerning your sexual orientation without your explicit consent.

    How We Use Your Personal Information

    The primary purpose of collecting, using, and storing your personal information is to provide you with personalized, secure, and efficient access to and use of the Service. You permit us to collect, use, store, and share your personal information for the following purposes:

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the Armony mobile application (“Service”) or its associated website, operated by Armony Organization (“we,” “our,” or “Armony”).

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and comply with them. If you do not accept any provision of these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

Content Usage

The Service allows users to share, store, and publish certain information, texts, graphics, videos, or other materials (“Content”). You are solely responsible for ensuring that the Content you upload or publish complies with all applicable laws, is reliable, accurate, and appropriate. Armony does not guarantee the accuracy or legality of any Content, and all legal or criminal liability arising from Content belongs to the user.

By submitting Content to the Service, you grant Armony the right and license to use, modify, publicly display, reproduce, and distribute such Content within and through the Service. You also acknowledge that other users of the Service may use the Content you submit. Armony is not responsible for the unauthorized use of your Content by third parties.

Data Usage

The use of the Service may be subject to data charges by your internet service provider or mobile operator. You are solely responsible for any data charges and fees incurred while using the Service.

Armony IP

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionalities remain the exclusive property of Armony Organization, its licensors, and assignees.

You are permitted to use the Service only as authorized by us. As a user, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable right to create, view, use, play, and download Content in accordance with these Terms.

Our intellectual property may not be used in connection with any product or service that is not affiliated with us or that may harm our reputation.

The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of Turkey and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to our intellectual property. You may not modify, alter, or separate any printed or downloaded Content from its accompanying text, images, videos, or audio files.

All opinions, advice, statements, services, offers, or other information or content expressed or made available by other users belong solely to the respective authors or distributors and not to Armony..

Armony has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Modifications to the Service and Terms and Conditions

We continuously strive to improve the Service and provide new features. From time to time, we may introduce new functionalities, remove certain features, or make other modifications to the Service. Indemnification

As a condition of accessing and using the Service, you agree to indemnify and hold Armony, its successors, and assigns harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, expenses (including legal fees), and other costs arising from:

This indemnification clause remains valid even after your account is terminated and applies to claims arising before or after termination.

You acknowledge that we shall not be liable for any damage or loss arising from:

  • Interactions with other users of the Service.

In no event shall we be liable for indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of business, revenue, profits, data, goodwill, or other economic losses), even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. You are solely responsible for interactions with other Armony users. Armony reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor disputes between users. If you have a dispute with one or more Armony users, you release Armony and other associated parties from any claims, demands, and damages arising from or related to such disputes. Armony is not responsible for the actions or behavior of users or third parties on or off the Service. If you choose to communicate outside of the Service or meet in person, you agree to exercise caution. You also agree not to share financial information (such as credit card or bank account details) with other users, send money, or disclose any information that could compromise your personal safety.

Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Armony and its affiliates do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times,
  • Any errors or defects will be corrected,
  • The Service will be free of viruses or harmful components,
  • The results of using the Service will meet your expectations.

This disclaimer applies to any damages arising from service interruptions, errors, defects, data loss, hacking, security breaches, or unauthorized access.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Failure to enforce any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right. If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Armony regarding the Service, superseding any prior agreements.

Changes and Updates

Armony reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Armony website and/or mobile application. If significant changes are made, we will notify you at least seven (7) days before the new terms take effect. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any changes, you must discontinue use of the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
